Aurato ki Mazarat par Hazri k liye shariyat ka kya huqm hay?(Haram hay?)


Maheram-NaMaheram ka huqm Marne k bad bhi hota hay?

(Aurato ki mazar par mard aur

Mard ki mazar par Aurat ka jana)

Aurato ka Qabro par jaana ikhtelaafi Mas'la hai, Aksar Ahl e Ilm ise Haraam Ya Makrooh e Tahreemi Kahte hain, ye ikhtelaaf yu paida hua ke ek zamaane me Qabro par jaana sab ko mana tha,  Mardo ko bhi aur Aurato ko bhi. Baad me Huzoor pur Noor ﷺ ne is ki Ijaazat ataa farma di aur irshad farmaaya:

"Qabro ki ziyarat kiya karo, wo Akhirat ki yaad dilaati hain".


Jo hazraat Qabro par jaane ko jaayez rakhte hain un ka kehna hai ke ye ijaazat jo Huzoor ﷺ ne Ataa Farmaayi, Mardo aur Aurato sab ko shamil hai. 


Aur Jo Hazraat Na jaayez kehte hain un ka istedlal ye hai ke Huzoor ﷺ ne aisi aurato par Laanat farmaayi hai jo qabro ki ziyarat ke liye jaayen, lehaaza Qabro par jana un ke liye Mamnol aur Moojib e Laanat hoga. 


Aur Ulama ye bhi farmaate hain ke Auraten ek to Shara'i Masaail se kam waqif hoti hain, dosre un me sabr, Hausla aur zabt kam hota hai, is liye un ke Haq me Gaalib andesha yahi hai ke ye wahan jaa kar Cheekh pukaar karengi, Be Pardagi hogi, Ya Koi Bid'at khadi karengi,  Shayed isi Andeshe ki bina par Huzoor ﷺ ne un ke Qabro par jaane ko Moojib e Laanat farmaaya


Huzoor Sadrush Shariah Irshad Farmaate hain:

Mazhab e Saheeh ye hai ke Hadees

 "لعن الله زوارات القبور"

Mansookh hai ye Hukm muqaddam hai aur dosri Hadees Jis me ziyarat e Quboor ki ijazat hai wo Muta'kkhar o Naasikh hai. 

Wo Hadees ye hai 

"كنت نهيتكم عن زيارة القبور الا فزوروها"

Is Hadees me agar che segha muzakkar hai magar ye amr muqarrar aur saabit hai ke khitabaat e Shara'iyyah me agar che segha muzakkar hai Auraten bhi is me dakhil hain jab tak daleel e Shara'i se rijaal ki khususiyat  saabit na aur Hadees 

"النساء شقائق الرجال"

Is ki kashif hai. Lehaaza ziyarat e quboor se Aurato ko murtakib e Fe'l e Haraam nahi kaha jaayega. Agar che hamaare nazdeek aslam tareeqa ye hai ke Aurato ko ziyarat e quboor se mana kiya jaaye kyu ke un me ifraat o tafreet ka Maaddah gaalib hai aur surat e Mas'oola me hijaab aur Adaab e e'zaaz ka pura lehaaz kiya gaya hai. Lehaaza hukm me aur mazeed khiffat paida ho gayi.

Huzoor Sayyedi Alahadrat Farmaate hain:

"Meri Raaye is masle me khilaaf par hai, muddat hui mera fatwa Tohfa e Hanafiyya me Chhap chuka, mai us Rukhsat ko jo Bahr ur Raayeq me likhi maan kar Nazr ba Halaat e Nisaa Siwa e Hazri e Rauza e Anwar ke k Waajib ya Qareeb ba Waajib hai,  Mazaraat e Aulia ya Deegar Quboor ki ziyarat ko Aurato ka jaana Ba Itteba e Guniya Allama Muhaqqiq Ibraheem Halabi Har giz pasand nahi karta khususan is tufaan e be tameezi raqs o mazameer o surood me jo aaj kal johhaal ne A'raas e Tayyeba me barpa kar rakha hai is ki shirkat to mai awaam e rijaal ko bhi pasand nahi rakhta na ke wo jin ko Anjasha Radi-Allahu Ta'ala Anh ki Hadi Khwani ba ilhaan e Khush par Aurato ke saamne Mumaana'at farma kar unhe nazuk sheeshiyaan farmaya gaya"

Lehaaza Mazkoora Baala Aqwaal e Foqaha se Ye Saabit ho gaya ke Aurato ke Mazaraat par Jaana fi zamaanina Na jaayez o Haraam hai aur is ki Mumaana'at Mahram o Gair Mahram ki Buniyaad par nahi balke Un ki Parda Nasheeni aur Aaj kal hone waale khoraafaat o bad tameezi ki buniyaad par hai .. 


Haan ye sahi hai ke biwi ke marte hi Duniyawi Ahkaam ke etebar se miya biwi ka rishta khatam ho jaata hai, aur Shauhar ki haisiyat ek lehaaz se ajnabi ki ho jaati hai. 

Yahi wajah hai ke biwi ke inteqal ke baad shauhar apni biwi ki maiyyet ko bila haayel hath nahi laga sakta. .. wa-Allahu Ta'ala A'lam
