🔴 8 RAKAT TARAWEH PAR TEHQIQI RADD?
(Muwatta Imam Malik ki Riwayat ka Daleeli Jawab)
🔹Ramzan me sabse zyada pesh ki jane wali daleel hoti hai, Imam Malik riwayat karte hain:
Hazrat Umar ne Ubay bin Ka’ab ko hukm diya ke wo 11 rakat padhayein.
📚 (Muwatta Imam Malik, Kitab Salat fi Ramadan, Hadith 250)
➡️ Is par Wahabi/Gair Muqallid firqa kehta hai: “Dekho! 8 Taraweeh + 3 Witr = 11. Bas yahi Sunnat hai.”
📝🔍Chaliye isko tahqiq se dekhte hain.
🟢 Pehla Nukta — Ye Nabi ﷺ ki Hadith Nahi:
Is riwayat me:
• Na Nabi ﷺ ka zikr
• Na “Rasoolullah ne padi” ka lafz
• Na “Sunnat” ka bayan
➡️ Ye sirf Hazrat Umar ke zamane ka amal bayan ho raha hai.
⛔ Gair Muqallid usool kya hai?
📌 Unke Apne Ulama ka Qaul:
🔹 Nazeer Hussain Dehlawi:
“Sahabi ka qawl hujjat nahi.”

🔹 Allama Shawkani:
وَأَفْعَالُ الصَّحَابَةِ وَأَقْوَالُهُمْ لَا حُجَّةَ فِيهَا
“Sahaba ke aqwal hujjat nahi.”

🔹 Yahya Gondalwi:
“Sahaba aur Tabi‘een ke aqwal hujjat nahi.”

❌ To phir yeh riwayat kaise hujjat ban gayi?
➡️ Natija: Agar Sahabi ka qawl hujjat nahi — to yeh dalil khud unke usool ke khilaf hai. Yeh selective amal ilm nahi — balki nafs ki pairavi hai.
🟢 Dusra Nukta — Witr ka Masla:
Riwayat me 11 rakat hain.
Matlab: 8 Taraweeh, 3 Witr
➡️ Lekin yahi firqa Witr 1 rakat padhne ka qa’il hai!
💡 To sawal: Agar 11 rakat wali riwayat manzoor hai to 3 Witr kyun nahi padhte?
⛔ Kya hadith ka aadha hissa manzoor aur aadha nahi?
⭕ Agar 8 Taraweeh sunnat hai to 3 Witr bhi sunnat honi chahiye.
➡️ Natija: Yeh selective amal ilm nahi, balki nafs ki pairavi hai.
🟢 Teesra Nukta — Iztirab (Contradiction):
Is riwayat ki sanad me ek raawi hai:
محمد بن يوسف عن السائب بن يزيد
Yahi Muhammad bin Yusuf se dusri riwayat dekhiye. Isme lafz hai:
Umar ne logon ko 21 rakat par jama kiya.
📚 (Musannaf Abdur Razzaq, Vol 4, p.260 – Hadith 7730)
Aur dusri riwayat me 13 rakat ka zikr bhi aata hai.
➡️ Ek hi raawi se: 11, 21, 13. Ye sanad iztirab (contradiction) ka shikar hai.
⚖️ Aur Usul al-Hadith ka qanoon hai:
❌ Muztarib riwayat dalil nahi banti.
🟢 Chautha Nukta — Muwatta me hi 20 Rakat ka Saboot:
Isi Muwatta me foran baad wali riwayat dekhiye:
Log Hazrat Umar ke daur me 23 rakat padhte the.
📚 (Muwatta Imam Malik – Hadith 251)
➡️ 23 = 20 Taraweeh + 3 Witr
Aur: Log 8 rakat me Surah Baqarah padhte the
phir baqi 12 rakat padhte the.
📚 (Muwatta – Hadith 252)
✅ Yani total 20 rakat.
➡️ Natija: To phir 11 wali riwayat ko pakad kar. 20 wali ko kyun chhupaya jata hai?
🟢 Paanchwa Nukta — Ijma e Sahaba:
Hazrat Ubay bin Ka’ab Muhajireen aur Ansar ke saamne 20 rakat padhate rahe. Kisi ek Sahabi ne bhi aitraz nahi kiya.
Is liye Ibn Taymiyyah likhte hain:
ثبت أن أبي بن كعب كان يقوم بالناس عشرين ركعة في قيام رمضان ويوتر بثلاث
“Ye sabit hai ke Ubay bin Ka’ab 20 rakat aur 3 witr padhate the. Aur yahi aksar ulama ka maslak hai, kyunki kisi sahabi ne inkar nahi kiya.”

➡️ Natija: Khud Ibn Taymiyyah ne 20 ko Sunnat kaha.
📜 Asal Sunnat Kya Hai?
20 rakat ka saboot:
• Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah
• Bayhaqi
• Faryabi
• Muwatta
• Ibn Taymiyyah ka iqrar
• Imam Shafi‘i ka amal
• Imam Tirmizi ka ijma ka zikr
📑 Aur 8 rakat ka koi bhi sahih, sarih, jama‘at wali Taraweeh ka saboot Khulafa e Rashideen se nahi milta.
⚖️ Final Faisla:
✔ 20 rakat = Amal e Sahaba
✔ 20 rakat = Ijma e Ummat
✔ 20 rakat = Sunnat e Khulafa e Rashideen
✔ 20 rakat = 1400 saal ka musalsal amal
🚫 11 wali riwayat:
• Sahabi ka qawl • Muztarib sanad • Usul ke khilaf • Witr ke masle me khud unke aqeede ke khilaf.
➡️ Isliye 8 rakat ko Taraweeh ki final Sunnat kehna Ilmi taur par durust nahi.
